Kausar Iqbal always had a passion for the creative world of arts & crafts & confectionary. It was after her marriage and she had started entertaining guests at home at that point she took an interest in cooking & baking, and realized how so much we done with it can. Baking & cooking are an art as well but on top is the chocolate making, as everyone has a sweet tooth.
Post-marriage, she had the luxury to join many prestigious cookery institutions in Pakistan, America,
Sri Lanka. She spent a great amount of my time into refining every new style of making chocolate, baking & cooking that she learnt throughout the years. Learning new things still brings a great deal of satisfaction to her, and she continues to learn new ideas and approach it with enthusiasm. She also putting her recipe cook book into digital form.
